MUMBAI, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat in a negative note Thursday after trading in the red for the greater part of the day.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 33,819.50, 25.36 points or 0.07 percent down compared to its previous close at 33,844.86. Enditem
