ADDIS ABABA, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Thursday.

-- Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn of Ethiopia on Wednesday held talks with Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union (AU), Moussa Faki Mahamat, at his office.

During the meeting, the premier briefed the chairperson on the current situations in Ethiopia and on other regional issues, according to Office of the Prime Minister. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)

-- Ethiopia's President Mulatu Teshome and Equatorial Guinea President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo have discussed ways of strengthening the cooperation among the two countries.
