ADDIS ABABA, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- The situation in Ethiopia has returned to normalcy due to the measures taken by the government, Foreign Minister Workeneh Gebeyehu said.
