HONG KONG, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed down 241.8 points, or 0.78 percent, to 30,873.629 points on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 30,720.48 and 31,339.689. Turnover totaled 107.80 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 13.78 billion U.S. dollars). Enditem
