Urgent: 2 people swept away by avalanche in Swiss Alps: police

GENEVA, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Two people were swept away by an avalanche that broke out Sunday in the Swiss part of the Alps in the canton of Valais, local police said late Sunday afgternoon.
