CAPE TOWN, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- The following are news items in South Africa's major news outlets on Sunday:

-- Charges against former president Jacob Zuma, relating to the arms deal corruption, will be reinstated in the coming weeks.

A National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) team plans to recommend that some of the charges against Zuma be reinstated and the team has already lined-up more than 200 witnesses to testify against him. (Sunday Times)

-- While some organizations remain confident President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver as promised in his State of the Nation Address, others say some reforms need to be looked at.

AgriSA said on Saturday Ramaphosa's statement on land expropriation without compensation is not aligned with the principles of the Constitution. (Eyewitness News)

-- The reward offered for the capture of the Gupta brothers and Duduzane Zuma, son of former president Jacob Zuma, appears to be approaching millions of rand.
