Morocco king congratulates Abdul Hamid on his re-election as Bangladesh's president

RABAT, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Morocco's King Mohammed VI congratulated on Friday Mohamed Abdul Hamid on the occasion of his re-election as president of Bangladesh.

In a congratulatory message, the king expressed to Abdul Hamid his heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes of full success in his high office to serve the people of sister nation, Bangladesh.

"I should like to take this opportunity to praise the relations rooted in mutual esteem, fruitful cooperation and active solidarity between our peoples," he said.

"I keenly look forward to continuing to work with Your Excellency and your country's government to strengthen our ties and promote them in all sectors of common interest, and thus serve our peoples," the Moroccan king stressed. Enditem
