Urgent: Turkey, U.S. decide to restore normal ties

ANKARA, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said here Friday that his country and the United States have decided to normalize relations.

Speaking at a joint press conference with visiting U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, he said the two sides will set up mechanisms to address bilateral problems. Enditem
