Urgent: Trump says making schools safer will be top priority

WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Donald Trump said here on Thursday that "making schools safer will be our top priority," after a mass shooting in a Florida high school killed 17 people on Wednesday.

"No student, no teacher should be in danger in an American school," Trump said in a national address from the White House.

He said that he is making plan to visit the shooting scene in Parkland, Florida. Enditem
