NAIROBI, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Thursday.
-- Opposition National Super Alliance (NASA) will in ten days launch its National People Constituent Assembly (NPCA), which will be the coalition's top decision-making organ headed by leader Raila Odinga. A strategy paper drafted by the People Assembly technical committee said the opposition will name its Cabinet and key members of the NPCA during a convention.
The paper names a number of things to be addressed namely culture of impunity, abuse of power and electoral fraud as NASA pushes for fresh elections in August. (The Standard)
-- MPs allied to the ruling Jubilee Party unanimously approved nine nominees for Cabinet Secretary position on Wednesday after their opposition colleagues boycotted the session, just as they did during vetting. (Daily Nation)
