Hong Kong stocks close 2.27 pct higher

HONG KONG, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 676.070 points, or 2.27 percent, to 30,515.6 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 29,968.541 and 30,637.229. Turnover totaled 110.60 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 14.14 billion U.S. dollars). Enditem
