British stocks down 0.13 pct Tuesday

LONDON, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Tuesday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down 9.05 points, or 0.13 percent at 7,168.01 points.

Just Eat, an online food order and delivery company, soared 3.75 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. WPP and Glencore rose by 3.57 percent and 2.48 percent, respectively.

Severn Trent, a British water company, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 3.39 percent. United Utilities Group, another British water company, dropped 3.10 percent. Hargreaves Lansdown, the British financial service company, dropped 2.61 percent. Enditem
