JOHANNESBURG -- South Africa's ruling party, the African National Congress (ANC), on Tuesday confirmed that it will recall South African President Jacob Zuma.
ANC secretary general Ace Magashule made the remarks when briefing the media in Johannesburg about the ANC's National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Monday night. He said the NEC resolved to recall Zuma and will brief parliament caucus Wednesday. (S.Africa-Zuma-ANC)

NAY PYI TAW -- Myanmar government and two more ethnic armed groups signed the Nationwide Ceasefire Accord (NCA) in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.
The join-in signing of the New Mon State Party and the Lahu Democratic Union to the government's NCA has brought the total of such signatories to 10 since the first signing with eight armed groups on Oct. 15, 2015. (Myanmar-Armed Groups-Ceasefire)

FRANKFURT -- A truck crashed into a travel bus Tuesday in western Germany, killing two people, local police said.
The accident took place on Highway A3 near Limburg City, the German federal state of Hessen. According to a local police spokeswoman, the 40-ton truck driver overlooked the travel bus, resulting in the collision. (Germany-Road Crash)

RAMALLAH -- The Palestinian government said Tuesday that Israel is evading all signed agreements through annexing settlements in the West Bank.
