HONG KONG, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 379.900 points, or 1.290 percent, to 29,839.529 points on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 29,783.102 and 30,168.998. Turnover totaled 128.80 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 16.47 billion U.S. dollars). Enditem
