Afghan police arrest militants with explosive-laden car

KABUL, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- Police have arrested a militant riding an explosive laden car and thus foiled a possible deadly terrorist attack in the eastern Kapisa province, the state-run media outlet Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported Monday.

According to BNA, "a terrorist was driving an explosive-laden car in Tagab district of the eastern Kapisa province to target government facilities but fortunately was identified and arrested" by police before reaching his target. Enditem
