CAPE TOWN, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- The following are news items in South African major news outlets on Monday.

-- With no clear resolution on the cards yet to determine President Jacob Zuma's fate in the leadership transition within the African National Congress, the ruling party's National Executive Committee will meet to make a final call on Monday.

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is the first to arrive at the venue at Irene outside Pretoria where the NEC is to decide on the fate of Zuma. (News24)

-- Police are calling for calm ahead of an anti-Jacob Zuma march in Pretoria on Monday.

A group claiming to be members of the African National Congress will march outside the Union Buildings under the "Zuma Must Go" banner. (Eyewitness News)

-- The African National Congress in Johannesburg said on Sunday any of its members who are involved in a group calling itself "Zuma Must Go Now" will face disciplinary action.
