BEIJING, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Guoan's first-choice goalkeeper Yang Zhi will need five to six months to recover from a recent injury, the Chinese Super League (CSL) side announced on Sunday.
"Yang sustained a left knee anterior cruciate ligament injury when training in Portugal along with the team, and had an operation in Germany. He is undergoing treatment now," the club said.
Beijing Guoan has signed with Chi Wenyi, a goalkeeper with Yanbian who were relegated from the CSL in the 2017 season, to take the place of Yang Zhi. Enditem
