American Gerard wins men's snowboard slopestyle at PyeongChang Olympics

PYEONGCHANG, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- American Redmond Gerard won the men's snowboard slopestyle of 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games at Phoenix Snow Park here on Sunday.

Gerard totaled 87.16 points in three runs to take the gold, beating Max Parrot of Canada to the second place in 86.00.

Canadian Mark Mcmorris was third with 85.20. Enditem
