Dahlmeier of Germany wins women's biathlon 7.5km sprint at PyeongChang Olympics

PYEONGCHANG, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- Laura Dahlmeier of Germany won the women's biathlon 7.5km sprint of the Winter Olympic Games at the Alpensia Biathlon Center here on Saturday.

Dahlmeier clocked 21 minutes and 6.2 seconds to secure the first Olympic victory of her career, beating Marte Olsbu of Norway to the second place in 21:30.4.
