World's first new energy explosion-proof vehicle delivered

WUHAN, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- World's first new energy multifunctional explosion-proof vehicle, manufactured by a Chinese heavy mining equipment developer, has been delivered in central China's Hubei Province and will help enhance mining safety.

The vehicle was developed by Aerospace Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

"The most distinctive feature is robot technology that makes its mechanical arms more flexible and efficient," said Xu Daiyou, deputy general manager of the company.

Current vehicles are too big with large turning circles which has increased the demands on workers and reduced efficiency. Enditem
