SEOUL -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in planned to meet the high-ranking delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Feb. 10, the presidential Blue House said Thursday.

SYDNEY -- Seven people were hurt and taken to hospital after a hot air balloon made an emergency landing in Australian state Victoria's Yarra Valley on Thursday morning, according to state ambulance services.
