ADDIS ABABA, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- The House of People's Representatives (HPR) Tuesday approved the 14 billion birr (510 million U.S. dollars) additional budget proposed by the Council of Ministers for this Ethiopian fiscal year (2017/18). (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)
