Urgent: German parties reach agreement on "grand coalition"

FRANKFURT, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- Germany's Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Christian Social Union (CSU) and German Social Democrats (SPD) reached an agreement on "grand coalition" after tough negotiations, local media reported Wednesday morning.
