NEW YORK, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted 17 km ENE of Hualian, Taiwan at 18:07:39 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 11.09 km, was initially determined to be at 24.04 degrees north latitude and 121.76 degrees east longitude. Enditem
