Namibia kick off training ahead of Women's Africa Nations Cup qualifying tie

WINDHOEK, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- Namibian women's national football team kicked off training in Windhoek on Tuesday in preparation for their 2018 Total Women Africa Cup of Nations qualifying tie against Zimbabwe on March 31 here.
The Namibia Football Association called up 29 players for the training camp and oversea players that include Zenatha Coleman (Zagova, Spain), Annoushcka Kordom (Corban Warriors, USA) and Kotjipati Veweziwa (Herforder Sportverein, Germany) were added to the mix.
Of the 14 teams, seven winners of the second-round stage will join hosts, Ghana, for the finals from Nov. 17 to Dec. 1.
Meanwhile,the tournament also doubles as the African qualifiers to the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup and the top three teams will qualify for the World Cup in France. Enditem
