Afghan relics on display in Sichuan

CHENGDU, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- Cultural relics from Afghanistan are on display in southwest China's Sichuan Province.

The relics, exhibited at the Chengdu Museum in Chengdu City, the provincial capital, include gold accessories, glass products and images of deities. The items reflect the civilizations of Afghanistan from the 4th century B.C. to the 3rd century A.D.

A total of 231 precious items are on show at the exhibition.

The exhibition is free to public visits until May 6. Multiple lectures will be held during the period. Enditem
