SARAJEVO, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- Croatian GNK Dinamo Zagreb sign Bosnia and Herzegovina's (BiH) international Izet Hajrovic until 2022, the official website said Wednesday.

The 26-year-old midfielder joins from Germans SV Werder Bremen by putting pen to paper on a four-year deal.

"By engaging him, we gained more quality, competition and international experience and he will be a very important player for us. We have done a good job, he has quality and character, and most importantly, he possesses the needed quality for our team," GNK Dinamo Zagreb's sports director Marijan Vlak said at the press conference.

"Dinamo is a big name in Europe. I am waiting impatiently for my first training here. I have a great experience and quality, my aim is for all of us to be together and to win the Croatian Cup," Hajrovic said after the ceremony of signing the contract.

"With Dinamo, I will make a step forward in my career!" Hajrovic concluded.

In his career, Hajrovic played for Grasshopper Club Zürich, Galatasaray SK, SD Eibar and SV Werder Bremen. He played 24 matches for the BiH national team and scored four goals. Enditem
