Liu Guozhong elected governor of Shaanxi Province

XI'AN, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- Liu Guozhong was elected governor of northwest China's Shaanxi Province at a session of the provincial legislature Tuesday.
The election was held at the first session of the 13th Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress.
Liu was born in 1962. He is a native of Wangkui of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. Enditem
