Chen Run'er elected Henan governor

ZHENGZHOU, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- Chen Run'er was elected governor of central China's Henan Province at a session of the provincial legislature Tuesday.

The election was held at the first session of the 13th Henan Provincial People's Congress.
