China to elect new state leaders in March

BEIJING, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The 13th National People's Congress (NPC) will elect and appoint state leaders at its first annual session in Beijing in March, said a decision made by the 12th NPC Standing Committee on Tuesday.

The NPC annual session will open on March 5, according to the decision, adopted through a vote at an NPC Standing Committee session held on Monday and Tuesday. Enditem
