HELSINKI, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Finnish incumbent president Sauli Niinisto was projected to win in the first round of Finnish presidential election as counting continued on Sunday.

Niinisto got 64.4 percent in the advance polling published Sunday, and Pekka Haavisto of the greens got 11.2 percent. Enditem
