VIENNA, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- The world oil supply increased in December, and the supply is expected to be higher in 2018 due to the output rise of the non-OPEC oil producers, predicted a monthly report of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
The report, published on Thursday, revised the 2018 Non-OPEC oil yearly supply growth forecast up to 1.15 million barrels a day, showing total supply expected at 58.94 million barrels a day.
"This is mainly due to a higher-than-expected supply forecast for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, UK, Denmark, Indonesia, Brazil, Latin America and others," said the report.
The report showed in December the world oil supply increased by 0.40 million barrels a day, averaging 97.49 million barrels a day. Enditem
