JINAN, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- Kyle Fogg scored 52 points, Sani Sakakini had 20, Tyler Hansbroughthe got 18 and Guangzhou cruised to the victory over Shandong 126-123 during a dramatic three-hour match in the 28th round of the 2017-2018 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Thursday night.

Shandong, which was blown out by Shenzhen last match, fell behind from the beginning despite cutting a 14-point deficit to four in the third quarter.

The referees constantly turned to video replays and the two teams altogether had 98 free throws, which led to a long game.

Ding Yanyuhang of Shandong had a team-high 42 points, Ty Lawson scored 30 and Donatas Motiejunas had 22 points.

Jarnell Stokes had 29 points, 21 rebounds and 6 assists, Wu Qian had 24 points, helping the host team Zhejiang hand Aolong third straight loss, 107-90 on Thursday night. Stephon Marbury of Aolong had 18 points and 8 assists.
