WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday he will extend sanctions relief on Iran under the 2015 nuclear deal for the last time, threatening a U.S. withdrawal from the landmark pact unless U.S. Congress and European allies can fix the alleged "disastrous flaws."

LONDON -- A huge fire that broke out Friday morning in Britain's Nottingham railway station has been treated as arson, British transport police (BTP) said.
Supt Sandra England, BTP's subdivisional commander for the Midlands area, said: "Enquiries have been ongoing today and we now have reason to believe the fire may have been started deliberately. Officers are working to identify anyone who may have been involved in the incident, and we are appealing for information from members of the public." (Britain-Fire)

BAGHDAD -- Three Islamic State (IS) militants were shot dead Friday after they killed a civilian in the oil-rich province of Kirkuk, a local police source told Xinhua.
