ADDIS ABABA, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- Ethiopia's President Mulatu Teshome and his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro on Tuesday pledged to boost the two countries' economic and trade ties and enhance bilateral cooperation. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)

-- The Foreign Minister of Ethiopia, Workneh Gebeyehu met with the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation of UAE Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli on Tuesday.
