China, France agree to inject new impetus to bilateral ties

BEIJING, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- China and France on Tuesday agreed to advance the China-France comprehensive strategic partnership with further, steady development.

Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron reached the consensus during talks held in Beijing.

Macron is on a state visit to China from Jan. 8 to Jan. 10 at the invitation of Xi. Enditem
