CANBERRA -- Australia's same-sex couples have begun to get married on Tuesday after the compulsory 30-day waiting period expired.

SYDNEY -- After completing the first human trials on Tuesday, a microcomputer with sensors that can detect gas and temperature is set to revolutionize the way gastrointestinal diseases are diagnosed.

NEW DELHI -- A major fire broke out at a large metal scrap godown in India's financial capital Mumbai Tuesday, fire officials said.

Fortunately, there have been no reports of any casualty in the incident.
