TEHRAN, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted Sar Pol Zahab city in Iran's western Kermanshah province on Saturday evening at 18:52 local time (1522 GMT), Iran's Seismological Center reported.

The epicenter, with a depth of 8 km, was initially determined to be at 34.458 degrees north latitude and 45.791 degrees east longitude. Enditem
