BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- Greek player Ioannis Bourousis scored 21 points and 23 rebounds in Guangsha's 4-point rout of Shenzhen, which kept Guangsha leading CBA standings in the 24th round of the 2017-2018 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Thursday night.

The game was truly hard for Guangsha with the absence of Courtney Fortson. Guangsha only had a two-point lead before the second half and trailed most of the time. Jared Sullinger of Shenzhen had a game-high 30 points, 22 rebounds, but his team failed to control the last minutes of the game. Guangsha finally beat Shenzhen 92-88.

Jimmer Fredette of Shanghai had 31 points and 9 assists, helping Shanghai with a 119-92 victory over Sichuan. Only three players of Sichuan had double-digit points. Ike Diogu, who replaced guard Jamaal Franklin Wednesday, got 27 points and 17 rebounds for Sichuan, and Hamed Haddadi scored 26 points and 21 rebounds.

Fujian dealt the visiting side Qingdao a fourth straight defeat with 122-101. Aolong won over Shanxi 144-138 after overtime. Enditem
