Indonesia to dispatch second-level cyclists to Tour de Indonesia

Xinhua,January 05, 2018 Adjust font size:

JAKARTA, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- The association of cyclist in Indonesia will send second-level cyclists to the Tour of Indonesia this month, an official disclosed here on Thursday.

Manager of Indonesian team Budi Saputra revealed that the association has prepared some cyclists who can also be expected to achieve a good result in the international sport event.

"We will send second-level cyclists, because we do not want to disturb our (first-level) cyclists who join in to continental team," he said.

However, the manager said that he keeps communicating with continental team to seek the possibility of cyclists who will not be used to strengthen the team and led them join into the Tour de Indonesia.

The Tour de Indonesia is scheduled to be held in the country's main Java Island, and beautiful Bali resort Island from January 25 to 28, according to the association. Enditem
