Urgent: Fire engulfs 12-storey block in Manchester

LONDON, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- Firefighters are tackling a blaze in a 12-storey building in Manchester city center on Saturday.
A spokesman for Manchester Fire said the ninth and 10th floors were on fire and 12 engines are at the scene. Enditem
