Italian Dominik Paris leads downhill of World Cup Alpine combined

ROME, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Italian skier Dominik Paris led the downhill portion of a World Cup Alpine combined race at Bormio, Italy on Friday.

Paris held a 0.21-second advantage ahead of Olympic downhill champion Matthias Mayer of Austria. Peter Fill of Italy stood third, 0.50 behind.
