CBA: Sichuan stops its 12-game losing streak after beating Shenzhen

BEIJING, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- Hamed Haddadi's double-double helped Sichuan to take a comeback victory with 122-105 in the 21st round action of the 2017-2018 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Thursday.
Sichuan had suffered 12 straight loses since Nov. 15. Thanks to the exceptional performance of Haddadi and the other international player Jamaal Franklin, the hosts narrowed the gap to one point at the end of first half although Shenzhen took a 37-21 lead at the first quarter.
Hadadi, who returned from a two-game absence, made 28 points and 16 rebounds in the match. The Iranian's slam-dunk as well as Meng Da unleashed several long-range shots extend the advantage for Sichuan to 104-86. The solid defense made Sichuan sealed a 122-105 victory that is long time no see.
Shandong smashed Aolong with 127-90 at home. Ding Yanyuhang made a team high 26 points and helped the hosts to take a two-digit advantage since the first quarter. While former NBA star Stephon Marbury only scored eight points and one rebound for Aolong side.
Jiangsu won over Fujian with 130-112 in a see-saw duel. The amazing Marshon Brooks made his first triple-double in this season with game-high 45 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for the hosts. Enditem
