Dollar changes hands in lower 113 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, largely in line with its levels in Tokyo a day earlier.

As market opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.30-32 yen compared with 113.24-26 yen at 5:00 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1869-1873 dollars and 134.51-52 yen against 1.1875-1876 dollars and 134.48-52 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo.

Markets in New York and London were closed on Monday for the Christmas holiday. Enditem
