MANILA, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) -- About 37 people were feared killed after a huge fire devoured a shopping mall in the southern Philippine city of Davao, the local vice mayor said early Sunday.

The ground commander of the Bureau of Fire Protection said the "chances of survival is zero" for the 37 people, Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte wrote on his official Facebook page. Enditem
