Urgent: 37 feared dead in massive shopping mall fire in the Philippines: vice mayor

MANILA, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) -- About 37 people were feared killed after a huge fire devoured a shopping mall in the southern Philippine city of Davao, the local vice mayor said early Sunday.
