Four dead in China power plant accident

HANGZHOU, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed and five others injured Saturday in a power plant accident in east China's Zhejiang Province.

The accident occurred at around 1:47 p.m. in Xinfeng Township of Jiaxing City. A steam pipeline of a thermal power plant burst, injuring nine people. Four of them died later in hospital.

Police have controlled suspects responsible for the accident, the cause of which is being investigated. Enditem
