Pakistani forces kill 4 terrorists in Balochistan: army

ISLAMABAD, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- The Pakistani army said Friday that security forces have killed four terrorists in mountainous areas in southwestern Balochistan province.

"During exchange of fire, two terrorists were killed. These terrorists were making threatening calls to local population," the army's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement.

In other sanitization operation in Gandimgozi Kaur area, the security troops killed other two terrorists in a hideout and recovered ammunition and weapons.

The operation was conducted days after a group of terrorists attacked a church in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan and killed at least nine people and injured nearly 40 others. Enditem
