Six dead in SW China road accident

KUNMING, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- A road accident killed six people in southwest China's Yunnan Province on Thursday, local authorities said.

The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. in Tuotaka Village in Fuyuan County when a minivan fell into a pond.

Five women and an underage boy in the minivan died at the scene, including the driver.

The cause of the accident is being investigated. Enditem
