MANILA, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- A ferry carrying at least 251 passengers sunk off Philippines' Quezon province on Thursday, Philippine Coast Guard spokesman Armand Balilo told reporters, adding that media reports said a number of passengers were drowned but the toll is yet to be confirmed. Enditem
