Indian markets open flat

MUMBAI, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with positive note on Thursday.

Equity benchmarks rebounded with mild gains in opening after U.S. Federal Reserve expectedly hiked interest rate by 25 bps.

Investors remained cautious ahead of exit polls after the second phase of Gujarat elections on Thursday.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 33,099.77, 46.73 points or 0.15 percent up compared to its previous close at 33,053.04. Enditem
